My path into UX research began with a curiosity about people and what shapes their behavior.
With a background in psychology, academic research, and education, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to understanding human needs, recognizing patterns, and asking better questions.
I approach research with both analytical rigor and empathy, connecting what people say and do to the systems shaping their experiences.
Recent Research to Impact
Lazos | Reconsidering the Product Model
At Lazos, I combined educator research and usability findings to challenge assumptions about how social-emotional learning could fit into everyday classroom routines.
Those findings informed a shift from the original desktop-first interaction model toward a more practical, mobile-first experience.
Ready | Finding Opportunity in Existing Evidence
At Ready, I synthesized foundational research across interconnected teams and conducted two iterative usability research sprints.
The findings informed dashboard recommendations, with elements of the research-supported direction incorporated into Ready's evolving MVP.
